Mark traveled to the remote Greenlandic settlement of Ittoqqortoormiit, exploring the village and the vast Scoresby Sund fjords. He documented the raw beauty of the land, capturing both nature and daily life.
What struck him most was the sheer openness—no fences, no boundaries, just land shaped by time and weather. “It’s a place with a spirit of its own,” he writes. The experience led him to reflect on our relationship with nature and how we can exist with respect, rather than control.
